The following Internet Domain Names are available, many of which pertain to Syracues and Central New York Many (such as the ClintonSquare domain name) are for sale as a group. Some domain names include their existing web site. There are no discounts for purchasing a domain name without the web site.

Transfer of a domain name to a new owner:
This can usually be done at no cost to either the seller or buyer. I use GoDaddy.com for registering most of my domains. The buyer will need to set up an account at GoDaddy (free) and I will then transfer the domain name(s) to the new owners account. This allows the buyer to have ownership rights and complete control over their new domain name.

Annual cost of a domain name:
The yearly registration fee for owning a domain name is usually $10 or less (payable by the buyer to the registrar when due).

Web Site Hosting:
If the domain name you purchase from me also includes an existing web site, I will continue to host the web site for up to two months on my server so the buyer can make hosting arrangements with a new provider. There are hundreds of hosting companies you can choose from and the buyer has full control over where they wish to host a web site or email.
Domain names may also be forwarded (pointed) to any existing domain name or web address you may already have. For instantice, if you already have a web site for your bicycle shop, the related domains above can be pointed to your existing site to help generate more traffic. Any domain name can also be parked until you are ready to use it or resell it.
